- Communicating with clients to troubleshoot data mapping issues.
- Review error and fallout records to identify root cause, resolution paths and ultimately successful reprocessing.

- Experience using any UI based applications
- Experience with API endpoints to post and retrieve data, tools like Postman, Bruno.

- Health care payer business functions and operations Claims, Members and Providers
- Understanding of Health care data exchange through EDI
- Understanding of HIPAA policies and procedures
