We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Business Analyst / Technical Writer. This hybrid role focuses on business analysis, documentation, and process improvement, with a secondary focus on supporting ServiceNow system administration tasks. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create clear documentation, and contribute to the effective use of the ServiceNow platform.

responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
- Create process flows, use case diagrams, and other documentation to support system enhancements.
- Assist in prioritizing requirements and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Technical Writing:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
- Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Document workflows, system changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- ServiceNow Support (Secondary Focus):
- Perform basic ServiceNow administrative tasks, such as user management, role assignments, and configuration updates.
- Assist in creating and maintaining workflows, flows, business rules, and UI policies.
- Support system testing and troubleshooting efforts.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure platform performance and reliability.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Writer.
- Strong writing, editing, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and its core modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM).
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., System Administrator, Implementation Specialist).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of integration tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, REST, and SOAP).
- Experience creating training materials and conducting user training sessions.
