- They will help evolve the current NPS metrics suite into a formal system driven initiative vs.
- the manual pull of department metrics that is done today.
- They will also be the main driving force of the transition from Rally to JIRA.
- They will be responsible for completing a detailed gap analysis between the two systems and providing requirements/analysis for needs in JIRA with a focus on reporting metrics and KPIs
- Produce and deliver standardized and custom business intelligence dashboards
- Support and develop data analysis frameworks that will support daily/weekly/monthly operational reporting and executive dashboards Ensure consistent approach to sales reporting including report presentation, data consistency, communication and delivery
- Analyze and present data to high level decision-makers throughout the program and department Identify data requirements for specific report requests.
- Includes identifying data mapping and definitions required to fulfill requests Work with enterprise database teams to ensure data is accurate and liaise with technical teams to close the gap on data quality and enhance portfolio of data available
- Understand business intelligence tools and drive consistent usage and understanding of report delivery tools
- Provide training in support of dashboards and business intelligence tools
- BS/MS degree required.
- 5+ Years of Work Experience required.
- Knowledge of Rally and/or Jira (Both are HIGHLY preferred) Gather and maintain a wide array of data-related business processes and reporting.
- Take an active role in data analysis and interpretation. Prepare business documents and presentations for upper management and executives Qualifications Highly Preferred.
- Experience in a Health Care Insurance enterprise or another Insurance related industry is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Work across business lines, conferring with managers and executives to gather requirements and specifications while developing enhanced data and reporting tools.
- Designing and developing reporting tools that are then deployed across the organization.
- Knowledge of Reporting Tools - (e.g. Tableau preferred).
- Conduct security, accuracy, and efficiency, reporting analysts conduct routine audits of data storage systems and databases, conducting many tests and analyzing the results before devising new solutions or finding ways to enhance data management solutions.
