Our client is looking for an IT Director for a 12-24 month contract opportunity. This role is 100% remote but must be able to work PST hours. Our client is seeking a an IT leader to build and execute an AI-enabled transformation of their back office and go-to-market systems.

responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an IT roadmap, addressing operational inefficiencies and technical debt.
- Optimize Salesforce utilization and minimize reliance for non-core functions, such as identity and access management, order management, accounting, and billing.
- Establish robust security, customer data management protocols, and compliance frameworks to protect customer and organizational data.
- Lead an AI-driven automation initiative to enhance business processes in sales, customer support, and marketing.
- Evaluate and implement an alternative to Staxbill to align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, reducing manual processes and enhancing employee productivity.
- Assess internal IT talent and recommend adjustments to team structure and skill development to support future needs.
- Coordinate and oversee third-party vendor performance to ensure alignment with our client's strategic objectives and operational standards.
- Collaborate with our client's PMO, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure IT initiatives align with broader business goals.
- Provide clear, actionable communication tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement.
qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Certified project manager (PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 preferred).
skills: - Proven success leading multi-platform back-office IT transformations.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and SaaS deployments.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, database management, and IT systems.
- Solid understanding of financial KPIs and aligning technology strategies with business goals.
- A track record of building and leading high-performing technical teams.
