- Assist with the coordination of technical feature development and maintenance.

Communication practices also include consistent and cadent check-ins with different teams to better understand their individual needs, as well as communicating out to World's Edge stakeholders and leads effectively via presentations, status reports and more.

responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, scoping, prioritizing and scheduling feature development with the technical leads and other key stakeholders. Plan sprints with regular cadence to generate an effective team velocity.

- Be an advocate for clear and concise technical documentation and communication and champion effective process across teams.

- Be a partner to the development lead in all aspects of delivering high quality technical features.

- Help ensure software quality levels through coordination and defining best practices.

 
qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience managing projects for large and small teams.

 
skills: - Familiarity with general software development practices and processes.

- 4+ years of experience managing projects for large and small teams.

- Ability to coordinate, collaborate and build effective partnerships cross-discipline.

- Proficiency in project management tools, such as Azure DevOps/Jira, Confluence and MS Suite.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, proactively and inclusively within all levels of the organization.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
