responsibilities:
- Process & Strategy: Optimize procurement workflows using industry best practices.
- ERP Implementation: Work with technical teams to configure procurement functions in the Unit4 ERP system.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Gather requirements and address concerns for process adoption.
- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain procurement policies and training materials.
- Problem Solving: Manage system issues and process improvements.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure practices meet organizational and regulatory standards.
- Change Management: Support and train teams during the ERP transition.
qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain.
- 5+ years in procurement, preferably in professional services.
- Experience with ERP procurement, especially Unit4, is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Can lead the adoption of new procurement tools.
