job summary:
The Change Project Manager works under the direction of the VP-People Change Enablement to assist in implementing and delivering Change programmes for People Team strategic and key projects, which impact the organization, such as the deployment of a new Benefits platform and a new internal mobility program.
The role will provide Change Management support to the VP- People Change Enablement and the post holder will collaborate closely with stakeholders primarily within the People organization (People Leadership Team, People Business Partners and Centers of Expertise) and Corporate Communications.

responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading on the execution of specific Change projects, as specified by the VP-People Change Enablement.
- Change activities will include conducting change impacts analysis and readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, developing and executing Change Management plans and associated interventions, measurement adoption.
- Leading/ supporting the development of communications and training content in partnership with Centers of Expertise, Talent Development and Corporate Communications
- Developing Change project plans and managing the delivery timelines
- Leading project meetings and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure all parties are on track with requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Helping identify and resolve issues in partnership with VP-People Change Enablement

- Any other ad hoc duties as specified by the VP-People Change Enablement.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager/ Organizational Change Manager/ Change Analyst role
- Strong project management /organizational skills, analytic skills, and attention to detail.
- Understanding of Change Management methodology and practices
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in communications and/ or training content creation and
- Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills
- Details orientation and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to advise and influence colleagues and business partners
- Strong positive attitude, with sense of self-motivation and accountability
