Description:
- Same as Business/System Analyst 1 plus participates in project work, including analysis and requirements definition and testing.
- Identifies system enhancements, document business needs and determines development impacts to current system processing and works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy or enhancements.

responsibilities:
- Consults on development and updating of training materials and user manuals and prepares documentation for assigned products.
- Provides daily production support to assigned system(s) to identify production problems and resolves systems problems.
- Participates in conversions, mergers, maintenance and development projects, including analysis and testing.
- Completes special projects, and performs systems testing and other assigned duties.
qualifications:
Required Skill set:
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience. Minimum 3 - 5 years experience.
- Proficiency in M365. Preparing meeting materials, Strong communication The contractor I am looking for doesn't have to fill all of the roles of Product Owner.
skills:
- IRA boards / stories, building decks and other materials for leadership, writing some requirements, among other things.
- Developing written requirement for applications
