responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business teams (Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations) to gather and assess requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Solution Development: Design and propose innovative solutions to enhance warehouse operations and technology integration, leveraging expertise in WMS and API development.
- Process Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize warehouse management solutions, driving process improvements and increased operational efficiency.
- API Development: Implement and oversee REST API development projects, ensuring seamless system integrations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with IT and business stakeholders to provide thought leadership and manage the delivery of integration services.
- Team Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME), guiding teams through complex decisions, resolving challenges, and ensuring project success.
- Warehouse Robotics Expertise: Utilize experience with automated warehouse systems, such as AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots), ASRs (Automated Storage & Retrieval), and other robotics technologies, to support operational enhancements.

- Experience with Manhattan Active Order Management and warehouse robotics systems (AMRs, ASRs, Symbiotics)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, supply chain operations, and digital integration.
- Advanced knowledge of Manhattan Associate's WMI preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse robotic systems (AMRs, ASRs, Symbiotics) preferred
- Experience with Requirements Analysis, Java API for RESTful Web Services (JAX-RS), and API integration at an advanced level
