responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership - Start the day by reviewing pipeline performance and refining sales strategies, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and market trends. Identify key opportunities and drive strategic initiatives to expand business within law firms, corporate legal teams, and government agencies.
- High-Impact Client Engagement - Lead executive-level discussions with top legal clients and prospective partners, demonstrating the value of the eDiscovery platform. Foster relationships with key accounts while negotiating and closing high-value deals.
- Team Development & Coaching - Mentor and support the sales team through one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and strategy sessions. Provide guidance on consultative selling techniques, industry-specific challenges, and compliance-driven sales processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine messaging, improve sales enablement tools, and ensure alignment on market positioning. Partner with leadership to optimize pricing, competitive strategies, and client satisfaction.
- Market & Performance Analysis - End the day by reviewing market data, sales forecasts, and competitor insights. Provide executive leadership with actionable recommendations to refine go-to-market strategies and drive sustainable growth.
qualifications:
- Industry Experience - Minimum of 5+ years in sales leadership within legal technology or eDiscovery software, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.
- Business Development & Account Management - Demonstrated success in developing and managing key client relationships across the U.S., with a history of exceeding $30M+ ARR revenue targets in legal tech sales.
- Legal & Technical Expertise - Direct knowledge of litigation, regulatory investigations, and compliance-driven sales, along with familiarity with eDiscovery workflows, EDRM, and legal software solutions.
- Leadership & Team Development - Experience in hiring, mentoring, and scaling sales teams, with a strong ability to motivate and retain top talent in a consultative sales environment.
- Strategic Communication & Problem-Solving - Excellent executive-level communication skills, with expertise in negotiating complex deals, delivering impactful presentations, and analyzing market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
