We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst specializing in Data Warehouse Data Analysis with strong Google BigQuery SQL skills to join our dynamic team. The role involves collaborating with business users, analyzing complex business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications. The successful candidate will work closely with teams on ETL processes, data mappings, and user acceptance testing.

responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand business requirements related to data warehousing and health payer systems.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and ETL source-to-target mappings.
- Write and execute medium to complex SQL queries using Google BigQuery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather ETL requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate data and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data protocols and business standards.
