Overview:
The Data Analyst will coordinate and assist with accurate and timely updates of sustainability reporting systems and processes, audit and compile reporting of sustainable products and assist with administration of midstream utility contract reporting requirements. This role involves a combination of data management, analysis, communication skills, and coordination with internal cross-functional teams to support the organization's sustainability initiatives. This role will play a critical part in ensuring compliance to emerging reporting regulations and advancing our sustainability reporting capabilities. Working with the sustainability team and internal technical teams, the successful candidate will engage in implementing new reporting requirements, auditing sustainable product attributes, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather metrics or product-specific information. The position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Data Collection and reporting:
- Gather, organize, and analyze data related to scope 3 sustainability metrics from internal and external sources to inform sustainability reporting systems updates.
- Prepare reporting on relevant product categories and sustainable attributes.
- Support sustainable products reporting requirements for midstream utility program.
- Conduct audits of sustainable product identifiers to improve accuracy, completeness and reduce risk.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or issues in reporting systems and actively work to identify opportunities for efficiencies.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and remedy data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with sustainability and technical teams to facilitate data integration.
