- Do you have an interest and expertise in marketing strategy development, marketing program analysis, and results presentation?
- Are you familiar with the unique challenges of B2B data and are not only unfazed but energized by the gray area that B2B data can present?
- You will bring solid critical thinking skills and a deep passion for data discovery to this dynamic team as we build upon current successes to take our structure, data, and processes to the next level. Ideas and initiative will be welcomed on this highly energetic and creative team as we support our growing Institutional businesses.

Additionally, you will:
- Design, develop, and execute campaigns using Marketo
- Consult with our internal business partners to assess their campaign requests, reporting, and marketing needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
- Research, analyze, and leverage data from a wide range of internal and external sources
- Develop and apply a deep and broad understanding of the underlying business, marketing, and data issues that you handle to ensure accuracy & relevance
- Engage your talents: what you'll have
- BA/BS degree and 3 years or more work experience in a Marketing Communications, analytical, and/or consulting role
- Interest and ability in working both independently and highly collaboratively
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business analysis and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of and experience working in Marketo or another marketing automation platform
- Enthusiasm and commitment to growing these business and data analysis skills even further

- Demonstrated success as a thought partner and as a champion/leader of new ideas
- Sharp analytical skills with an ability to understand and build metrics, analyze data for insights, and optimize campaigns based on learnings
- Ability to remain poised and productive amidst unclear and shifting priorities and bold deadlines
