We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Process Analyst to join our team. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement in our current business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and recommending new strategies and technologies to improve workflow efficiency and increase user satisfaction.

responsibilities:
- Review and analyze the organization's current business needs.
- Analyze current business processes, workflows, and procedures by conducting site analyses, interviews, focus groups, and/or workshops.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and the bottlenecks/gaps that are creating them.
- Gather and apply performance data/metrics to quantify existing process inefficiencies.
- Create process models, such as process maps and flowcharts, to illustrate the flow of activities, inputs, and outputs of the process.
- Develop impact assessments for system/process improvements.
- Communicate, collaborate, and present strategies with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and process improvement methodologies.
qualifications:
- Familiarity with process mapping techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Mural.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate process recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study, and interpret complex data.
- Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment.
- Problem-solving skills to assess issues, conduct research, and prepare solutions.
