Digital Product Manager
We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager with a strong background in B2B2C and/or B2B environments, particularly with a global user base. This role is responsible for driving product innovation and executing the feature roadmap to enhance user experience, increase adoption, and deliver measurable business impact.

responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Execution: Drive the implementation of product innovation strategies, ensuring feature development aligns with the product roadmap and customer feedback.
- User Story Development: Draft detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating closely with Design and Engineering teams to deliver high-value features on time.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Digital Operations teams to align on priorities and ensure seamless product delivery.
- Performance Measurement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and continuously optimize based on data-driven insights.
- Agile Development Support: Embrace Agile methodologies to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support iterative development cycles.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Incorporate usability research and customer feedback into product development to drive adoption and engagement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Conduct regular product demos, provide updates to leadership, and support messaging and outreach initiatives to internal and external audiences.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed on the latest trends in digital health and emerging technologies to ensure continuous innovation.
qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in B2B2C or B2B environments with a global user base.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and user research techniques.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, track, and act on key product metrics.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- User Experience Focus: Ability to translate customer needs and feedback into impactful product features and enhancements.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of digital health, SaaS, or similar technology-driven industries is preferred.
