As a Data Subject Access Request Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the data subject access request (DSAR) process under US privacy laws, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other relevant state laws. The role will ensure our organization's compliance with privacy regulations by effectively managing and responding to individuals' requests concerning their personal data.

responsibilities:
REQUIRED:
- 2 - 3+ years of relevant experience in data protection, legal compliance, or related field
- Proven experience in data protection and legal compliance, particularly in handling DSARs
- Familiarity with US privacy laws, such as but not limited to, CCPA, and understanding of the general data protection and privacy practice
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with data subjects and internal teams
- Detail-oriented and process-minded with a strong commitment to privacy and data protection
- Direct experience handling DSARs or working within data privacy regulations
- Prior experience working with a privacy platform, such as Clarip, OneTrust, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or related field
