- M65 Operational Delivery Lead oversees operational readiness of processes and teams supporting the M365 infrastructure and providing Level 2 and 3 end user support. This role is responsible to ensure that M365 applications meet specified requirements prior to turnover to Operations, to ensure effective support can be provided once an application moves to production.

responsibilities:
- Manage operational readiness for M365 products.
- Partner with engineers, support teams, product managers, and project teams to drive process and facilitate readiness of operational teams supporting M365.
- Assist with facilitating project related discussions around operational support and documenting roles, responsibilities, and action items.
- Coordinate operational readiness reviews with cross-functional teams and identify outstanding deliverables and next steps.
- Work with Operations leads to escalate and communicate issues and mitigation plans to ensure application has proper operational processes in place before launch.
- Ensure operational requirements met prior to sign off and assist with raising awareness and facilitating closure of outstanding deliverables with project teams.
- Assess project plans for impact to operational and support teams.
qualifications:
- 5+ years of Information Technology experience within a support/operations environment.
- 3+ years of IT experience in software/application onboarding
- Project Management experience is a plus.
- Some knowledge of the ITIL Processes with a focus on Incident and Release Management.

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, both oral and written, and ability to lead meetings and capture notes and action items.

- Strong knowledge of M365 Office suite: Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote and .PPT.
- Some experience with JIRA
- Bachelor's degree preferred
