responsibilities:
- ? Act as a Technical & Functional SME for the Customer/1 application
? Gather and document business & functional requirements
? Work with business and IT teams to develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans
? Support UAT testers, developers, and production troubleshooting
? Investigate and resolve billing system issues and application errors
qualifications:
?? Must have experience working with Customer/1 CIS
?? Strong knowledge of billing processes and functional analysis
?? Ability to document and communicate technical requirements effectively
?? Experience in troubleshooting production issues and supporting UAT testers
