We are looking for a skilled Customer/1 Business Analyst to support and optimize the Customer/1 CIS application. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into functional technology solutions.

responsibilities:
? Act as a Technical & Functional SME for Customer/1, specializing in billing and CIS applications.
? Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications.
? Develop User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans and support production verification.
? Provide troubleshooting & production support to resolve application issues.
? Collaborate with IT developers and business users to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
qualifications:
? 5+ years of experience with the Customer/1 CIS application.
? Strong business analysis, functional documentation, and testing experience.
? Ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and support end-user application issues.
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
? Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (preferred).
skills: ? Customer/1 CIS Application - Deep expertise in the Customer/1 system, including billing and technical functionalities.
? Business Analysis - Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
? Requirements Gathering & Documentation - Proficient in writing functional and technical documentation.
? User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Experience in developing test plans, test cases, and post-production verification processes.
? Production Support & Troubleshooting - Ability to analyze and resolve application issues, production abends, and end-user support cases.
? SQL & Data Analysis - Understanding of querying databases and working with data for analysis and reporting (preferred).
? Functional Analysis - Ability to assess system impacts and dependencies based on business changes.
