- The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience in a site reliability and/or devops team.
- This position requires a high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with peers and business partners.
- Must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the willingness to learn new technologies.

responsibilities:
- Proven experience developing creative solutions and from-scratch solutions to reduce toil, improve detection, or offer self-healing solutions for a 24x7 high-availability customer facing application suite.
- Experience with cloud Services like PCF and GCP. CICD tools (Harness preferred) Experience with Akamai Delivery and Certificate Management.
qualifications:
Experience with one of these scripting languages:
- PowerShell, bash, and Python Passion and ability to communicate DevOps principles and the importance of their role in the SDLC to both technical and non-technical audiences.
skills:
- Excellent debugging skills across a variety of integrated platforms.
- Expertise with monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, AppDynamics) and best practices for API monitoring methodology.
