- Strong working experience as an Incident Manager handling incidents and problems in a 24/7 production environment, this includes Major Incident Management.

responsibilities:
- Proven communication skills by facilitating high severity incident technical bridge calls
- Proven ability to define ambiguous situations by analyzing data, asking probing questions, and applying extensive technology knowledge to optimize results.
qualifications:
- Capability to partner with Business Partners (SRE/Architecture/development teams/Production support teams) on stability opportunities based upon reporting/trending findings as well as operational readiness.
- Proven knowledge of development and process improvement methodologies with training and experience
skills:
- Experience with AWS or Azure Cloud, Network, Database, Middle-Tier, Enterprise Monitoring and Microsoft products.
- Experience with applications in a production support environment using technologies such as cloud, sql, splunk, datadog, tableau, ServiceNow
- Extensive history crafting metrics reports for daily operations, projects, and ad hoc requests with demonstrable ability to analyze data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities
