Are you an IT professional with experience in patch management and IT infrastructure support? We are looking for an Infra Tech Support Practitioner to join our team and support IT patching operations across a remote environment.

responsibilities:
? Patching Coordination - Gather and track devices requiring patching, ensuring compliance with scheduling.
? Change Management Compliance - Monitor patch-related change approvals and ensure all requests meet the required process.
? Reporting & Tracking - Prepare weekly reports on patching progress and performance.
? Collaboration with Stakeholders - Work closely with the Patch Project Manager and key IT teams.
? Waiver Management - Track excluded devices and ensure proper documentation and approval.
? Device Monitoring - Identify and report offline devices ahead of scheduled patching windows.

qualifications:
? Experience: 1-2 years in Ivanti, PMO, and Change Management.
? Education: Undergraduate degree required (Bachelor's preferred).
? Work Location: Fully remote (Must be based in the U.S.).
? Industry Experience: Not required but preferred.
