The Information Technology Assistant Manager ensures the Bank's computer systems operate smoothly by providing technical support, managing IT tasks, and overseeing third-party vendors. This role also involves maintaining system security, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing IT policies and procedures. They will also act as a point of contact for the IT team and delegate tasks as needed.

responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Bank employees and oversee IT tasks, ensuring timely issue resolution and system functionality.

- Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors and direct them to fix any system vulnerabilities or issues.

- Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

- Coach and develop the IT team while standing in for the IT Director as needed.

 
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with relevant certifications preferred.

- Extensive experience in IT support, management, or a similar role, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.

- Strong understanding of security protocols, compliance regulations, and effective team leadership skills.
