Global Financial Leader with an exciting opportunity to establish an in-house training studio for their Data Center (DC) University, responsible for the creation of industry quality training and content materials for engineering teams, through the development of knowledge base articles, knowledge share, training content, and marketing materials.

responsibilities:
The Training Developer is responsible for creating engaging, informative, and effective training content for the Data Center University and other technical training programs as needed.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and create training content that aligns with the training program goals and objectives.
- Develop and design engaging training content in various formats, including multimedia, presentations, documents, and other materials, using a variety of software and tools.
- Follow established standards for quality and consistency in training content, including branding, formatting, and style guidelines.
- Maintain a content library and version control to ensure accurate and up-to-date content is available for training and development initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training content based on feedback and metrics.
- Participate in other training and development initiatives and projects as needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and training content development.
qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe Captivate and Davinci Resolve 18 (Studio)
- Experience with Storyline and Probuilder
- Video production, and editing experience a PLUS
- Instructional designer experience preferred
