We have a 6 month contract opportunity for an Applications/Systems Analyst in the greater Sacramento area. This position will work 2 days per week onsite and 3 days remote.
Required Skills:
Wireless Network & Connectivity Support:
- Troubleshooting application performance over Wi-Fi (latency, downtime, access issues).
- Understanding of WLAN security (authentication, encryption, role-based access).
- Knowledge of HL7/XML messaging for healthcare interoperability.
- Experience with interface engines (Cloverleaf, Mirth, Rhapsody) for data exchange troubleshooting.
- Diagnosing system outages, application crashes, and access control issues.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, SSO, and role-based access permissions.
- Documenting troubleshooting workflows and system configurations.
