What You'll Do:
- Oversee product development - managing schedules, budgets, and risks.
- Unite engineering disciplines to create seamless, high-quality products.
- Drive Agile software development and orchestrate multi-team efforts.
- Present to C-suite executives and lead strategic discussions.
- Identify and clear roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.
qualifications:
What You Bring:
- 5+ years leading highly technical projects in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or software).
- Proven experience managing full-cycle product development.
- Exceptional leadership & communication skills - able to motivate teams while remaining approachable.
- Agile project management expertise and experience coordinating large, cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of Embedded Systems and hardware/software implementation and integration.
