- Support and perform change tasks per instructions from application teams in production environment.
- Schedule and manage infrastructure maintenance activities for production environments.

qualifications:
- Understanding of HTTP protocols and how to make API calls through HTTP.Scripting and automation
- Ability to troubleshoot applications, reviewing application logs, data, and other tools applicable to the application
skills:
- Understanding of Remedy Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management modules.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, able to summarize at a business level, a technical issue or problem.
