Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a hands-on Industrial manufacturing expert with a focus on Process Manufacturing. Experience in tire manufacturing, PVC piping, and linoleum tile production is highly preferred. The candidate must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
1. Process Manufacturing Expertise
- Design and implement end-to-end manufacturing processes
- Optimize key manufacturing workflows
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Lead implementation of advanced manufacturing solutions
- Hands-on delivery of systems like SAP PP/PI, MES, or SCADA
- Focus on efficiency, waste reduction, and quality improvement
- Define strategic priorities and operational goals
- Conduct assessments and create improvement roadmaps
- Guide clients in adopting Industry 4.0 technologies
- Act as a Specialist SME during sales pursuits
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations
- Build relationships with key decision-makers
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies
- Publish insights and present at conferences
- Mentor internal teams on best practices

- Experience: 10+ years in consulting or process manufacturing industries
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
- Consulting Skills: Strong ability to assess customer's needs and deliver outcomes
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
Preferred Attributes
- Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
- Proven innovation track record in process manufacturing
