Come join a Fortune 500 company in NC. This role supports the cutover integration planning and execution related to the Workday project implementation activities. Analyzes current state integrations, planned future state integrations and helps to identify any gaps or potential risks. Executes assigned tasks related to planning, vendor communication and partnership with IS.
Mission Statement: Successfully lead all cutover planning and execute tasks related to the integrations workstream for the HRTP launch of Workday. We are looking for candidates that can work onsite in Cary, NC. Must have atleast 5 years experience in Workday implementation. Asana or JIRA is a plus. Duration is 6 months and there is a possible extension or perm hire. Remote role and NC candidates considered first.

responsibilities:
- Workday integration experience is a must. No exceptions.
- Looking candidates who understands how integrations work, has experience with data mapping, data modeling and understand what comes from benefits vendors into work day. This person is going to be a pivotal to our cutover planning.
- Candidates need to be detail oriented, Candidates who have project management or project based roles, would be a good fit.
- We would like see profiles with project management, relationship management, analysts within HR integration.
- Experience with Asana or Jira is good to have.
- Candidates who has experience with reporting analysis and has built reports and scheduled reports would be nice to have.
- Candidates who has 1 or 2 years of implementation and really strong organization skills is what we are looking for.
- Duration is 6 months and there is a possibly extension or perm hire. This is based on performance and need.
- Bachelors Degree is required.
- Must have 4-5 years of experience all together within the field. MUST have at least 4 years of total experience.

Your background
- A Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in Workday Payroll and HCM core areas
- Advanced level of understanding of Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), integrations, and calculated fields
- Understanding of payroll processes and data flows between HR, Benefits, Stock, Compensation and Payroll
- Experience working with functional HR teams in the development and implementation of technical solutions that improve efficiencies and performance
- Proven background in problem solving and partnership in a global environment
- Passion for working with people and systems, and a strong interest in helping customers succeed
- Ability to maintain personal and confidential information
- Self-starter and ability to work independently but also collaborate across teams. A team player mentality is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to summarize the work done in an articulate fashion via email or case notes
