What You'll Do:
- Lead technical analysis and provide project leadership, helping identify business needs and align them with the right technology solutions.
- Manage development projects of varying scope and ensure timely analysis, testing, and implementation.

- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support company goals.
- Bachelor's degree in MIS or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of programming experience with 3+ years in a project leadership role.
- Experience with mainframe systems like Fidelity, Systematics, IMPACS, and GN architecture.
- A collaborative spirit with a passion for problem-solving and driving change.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and leadership capabilities.
- A deep understanding of the financial services industry and the systems supporting it.
