Essential Duties:
- Create features, epics, and technical user stories with detailed product specifications for development teams to build new platforms.
- Design and develop attractive UX for consumer-facing applications and SDKs with assistance from a designer.
- Collaborate with leadership on creating and refining the product roadmap.
- Produce deep technical documentation to inform and guide various stakeholders.
- Develop Go-to-Market and commercialization materials.
- Assist in creating and updating playbooks for migration, beta, pilot, sunset, and release processes.
- Translate solutions into designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product backlog for transaction processing.
- Integrate third-party services and SaaS vendors into the platform.
- Align self and others with the company's strategic vision and corporate initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing the product roadmap.
- Perform market and competitive research to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Engage with users to gain insights into their pain points and ideal solutions.
- Apply creative thinking to design innovative solutions based on user insights and market research.
- Manage feature sprints, epics, and product-level iterative life cycles.
- Work cross-functionally to address stakeholder needs and concerns.
- Articulate feature benefits to customer success and product marketing teams.
- Influence, guide, and help execute version releases and go-to-market plans.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum six (6) years of experience delivering core banking features, ACH, loan payment features, debt repayment, card processing, or similar.
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in one of these areas: (1) delivering technical features (SDKs, APIs) for financial institutions; (2) managing B2C money movement or eCommerce applications.
- Experience managing sprint features, epics, and product-level iterative life cycles.
- Proven product experience in building B2C software user interfaces and white-label solutions.
- Broad knowledge of payment technologies (debt repayment, card processing, ACH, etc.).
- Strong product management skills, including expert-level requirements definition.
- Experience with consumer-facing applications with money movement capabilities.
- Effective communicator, able to get others excited about the product and manage multiple stakeholders across various functions.
- Proficient in using data and metrics to inform product decisions.
- Expert in visual modeling of user journeys, sequence diagrams, and procedural flows.
- Strong decision-making and judgment skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
