responsibilities:
SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate will support the project and facilitate training for a newly created business within the U.S. Contact Center (USCC).
- Training content will include technical systems training, procedural training, customer service, and company culture.
- Training delivery will be a mix of virtual and in-person, requiring some travel.
- The first several months will focus on learning the systems and procedures of the anticipated 19-20 day training program.
qualifications:
MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
- Experience with virtual classroom applications (similar to Adobe Connect / MS Teams)
- Strong facilitation skills (both in-person and virtual)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Call center experience (as an agent and/or trainer)
- Knowledge of call center functions, customer authentication, and delivering high-quality customer service
