Summary of Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for validating requirements, analyzing user stories, identifying vulnerabilities, and performing root cause analysis to support business and IT initiatives. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a keen eye for identifying data patterns and inconsistencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Validate business requirements and user stories to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Perform document analysis, process mapping, and requirements traceability to maintain project clarity.
- Identify gaps, vulnerabilities, and incongruities in data patterns through in-depth analysis.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Collaborate with various business and IT stakeholders to drive project success.
- Clearly articulate the role of a Business Analyst and the value they bring to an organization.
- Facilitate discussions with project managers, IT teams, and business users to ensure alignment.
- Process & Project Delivery Support
- Work closely with Project Managers and IT teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Apply best practices in business analysis and process improvement to optimize workflows.
- Support requirements traceability and documentation best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Industry & Certification Considerations
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA are considered a plus.
- Industry knowledge relevant to business operations and IT project management is beneficial.
