Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Systems Analysis matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. Under general direction, works on extremely complex issues/problems or assignments of large scope, impact, and importance. Analyzes, designs and prepares application/system specifications for information systems solutions which address business needs and methods for testing and installing them. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user defined needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve the most complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.

responsibilities:
Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. May work with client management to identify and specify the complex business requirements and processes, and in the application design, testing and implementation process (e.g., diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools, etc.). Coordinates the activities with other IT sections (e.g., data base, telecommunications, operations, technical support, etc.). Acts as expert technical resource to development staff in all phases of the development and implementation process. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis. Responsible for quality assurance review. Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines. Recognized internally as "the go-to person" for the most complex Systems Analysis assignments.
- Collaborate with the business, compliance, and cross functional IT stakeholders to define a roadmap that clearly defines the priorities and business value
- Perform data related investigations, track lineage and quality issues, reviews data layout and structures
- Facilitate source business owner review sessions and plan/execute E2E, integration, and data quality validations
- Provide support in Production issue/defect resolution
qualifications:
Strong understanding of CMS Interoperability and FHIR Implementation Guides and Standards
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
skills:
- MUST HAVE 5+ years of the following experience: data analysis, business and technical requirements gathering, product owner, backlog management, process documentation, user facing, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience implementing Compliance requirements in Healthcare
- Has the ability to engage business and data stakeholders to resolve questions or issues
- Must have the ability to handle multiple and sometimes competing priorities in a fast-paces environment
- Must be a quick learner and a team player
