Our West Michigan client is looking for a BigID Platform Administrator who will work in building and managing the BIGID platform for scanning different data sources across public cloud and on-prem environments. This can be a remote role in or near Michigan. This role has potential to become a full time role.

responsibilities:
- Install, Configure and administer BigId agent
- Creating rules and policies for scanning various Data Sources
- Operate the scanning rules and schedule them to run
- Document the processes and ensure the setup meets security guidelines
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 4+ years of experience managing Data platforms.
- Experience in BigId product administration and development
- Hands on experience with cloud platforms
- Demonstrated competency linking business strategy with IT technology initiatives
- Expertise in evaluating technology and solution engineering, with strong focus on architecture and deployment of new technology
- Strong decision-making, client relationship, and vendor management skills.
- Basic understanding of firewalls, ports and how to check connectivity between 2 environments
- Exposure to public cloud ecosystem (Azure preferred) and its components
- Understanding of SAFe methodology/working in Agile environment
- IAM experience
