responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-class software solutions.
- Gather user requirements and document functional specifications.
- Develop prototypes and implement new product features.
- Track and log software changes in the change management system.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in collaboration with IT and support teams.
- Ensure compliance with security and law enforcement-sensitive requirements.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Two years of job-related software development experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.).
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
