Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between technology, business, and audit teams (both internal and external) by providing necessary support for SOX testing of IT General Controls.
- Review annual testing timelines and assist technology/business partners in documenting process documents.
- Facilitate walkthrough meetings, review requests before forwarding them to respective contacts, and perform quality assurance (QA) of evidence before submitting to audit.
- Ensure audit evidence is submitted on time, follow up and escalate as needed, and facilitate discussions on SOX applications and control scoping.
- Participate in discussions regarding potential audit findings and, if needed, assist management in drafting action plans and resolution timelines.
- Work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders, including audit, business, and IT segments of the bank.
