qualifications:
- COBOL Programming Expertise - Strong experience in COBOL development, including coding, debugging, and optimizing high-transaction systems.
- Requirements Gathering & Systems Analysis - Ability to collect, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to support system enhancements.
- Systems Design & Development - Experience in designing, documenting, and developing applications, including data flows and system integrations.
- Database & Agile Methodology Experience - Proficiency with at least one database environment (IBM DB2, HP Image) and familiarity with SAFe/Agile development practices.
