- Design System Community Manager - This role champions long-term progressive enhancements, scaling strategies, and cultivating system advocates.
- A growth evangelist focuses on fostering strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, promoting data-driven decision-making that leads to iterative system improvements.
- The role strives to create cross-team advocates who support, endorse, and help drive adoption of the system throughout the organization.

responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Advocate for the scalable design system foundations that support product expansion at a platform level
- Ability to share program vision, technical roadmap, and terminology with business and technical stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and outreach via support channels including internal website content
- Join leadership meetings, internal IT conventions (show-and-tells), and platform team meetings to evangelize the program.
- Gather data and insights from product teams to aid in strategically planning
- Align design system to product team initiatives and OKR's
- Share and Aileron roadmap with Product Management Organization roadmaps and ORK
- Facilitate Aileron adoption agreements with product teams
- Champion iterative improvements and updates to the design system based on feedback and data.
