We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager with Scrum expertise to lead and oversee Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce project management, Agile methodologies, and Scrum practices, ensuring timely and successful project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements - Project Management & Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects (implementations, customizations, integrations).
- Develop and manage project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
- Work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to define project scope and requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with Salesforce best practices and governance.
- Scrum & Agile Implementation:
- Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and remove impediments to team progress.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and project KPIs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Scrum team.
- Salesforce & Technical Collaboration:
- Work with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
- Oversee deployments, testing, and user training to ensure adoption and success.
- Ensure smooth integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems (ERP, Marketing, Service, etc.).
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features to enhance project delivery.

skills: Required Skills -
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce-related projects.
- Strong expertise in Agile & Scrum methodologies (Scrum Master certification preferred).
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce implementation, migration, and integration projects.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable tasks.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and risk assessments.
- Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce PMP, or Scrum Master certification).
- Experience in Copado, Gearset, or CI/CD tools for Salesforce DevOps.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development lifecycle (Apex, Lightning, SOQL) is a plus.
