job summary:
For this contractor assignment, this Senior Systems Engineer will be working on Duck Creek environment management (Production, Dev, QA, etc.). This assignment will entail new environment setup, slot assignment management, server management and resource monitoring, along with capacity planning for Duck Creek. This team is responsible for server migrations and upgrades. This contractor will be troubleshooting and resolving environmental issues.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Server management: new servers, capacity, day to day support

- Support all Duck Creek Environments

 
qualifications:
Associate's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline, Math or other related field of study and minimum of four years working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures and operating systems.

- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years related experience working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures and operating systems may be accepted.
