- The Data Analytics Specialist will develop data solutions to advance initiatives needed to support the Program and Pricing Organization. This will help grow and expand the formulary across key customer segment.
- Responsible for developing, analyzing, and modeling to solve complex business problems.
- Oversees business reporting to multiple levels of customer segmentation: Segment / Chain / Region / Primary / Secondary
- Support the development of customer-level metrics needed to manage market differentiating programs accurately. Forecast the economic impact of potential deals, pricing proposals, and initiatives.
- Manage data compilation, analysis, and reporting via SQL and other tools to forecast trends and apply various analytical techniques (i.e., mathematical models and statistical techniques) to support customer growth.
- Establish and convey a complete understanding of the Value Proposition to the stakeholders

Skills:
- 5-6 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in SQL Programming language. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and SQL Server
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for automation and data analysis.
- Expertise in tools like Tableau or Power BI. Ability to create clear and insightful visualizations to present data findings.
- Experience with reporting tools like SSRS or Business Objects
- Strong analytical skills with prior experience in pricing and building margin optimization models.
- In-depth knowledge of statistical tests and methodologies.
- Understanding of probability theory.
- Proficiency in data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.
- Ability to handle missing data, outliers, and data transformation.
- Ability to approach problems logically and systematically.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with or understanding of the healthcare and redistribution industry.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
