- Identity & Access Management systems and solutions. Partners with senior leadership to develop and communicate the long-term vision and strategic plans for IAM. Analyzes business requirements to develop technical working solutions and associated frameworks.

- Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science). Requires 5 - 7 years of related experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

- Acts as the subject matter expert in understanding the business and technical requirements to establish IAM architectural designs across business, process and technical viewpoints
- Bridges the IAM requirements with the overall business needs by driving meaningful collaboration with enterprise architects, infrastructure, data, and application architects
- Analyzes the current state architecture, identify the gaps, and determines the most suitable recommendations for improvement using IAM best practices against industry standards
- Creates and ensures standard documentation related to identity processes and procedures is completed Creates and builds best in class security solutions as it relates to required IAM capabilities for new large, cross platform projects
- Provides subject matter expertise and guidance on associated identity solutions, modules, IAM applications, platforms, frameworks, tools, active directory, privileged account management, synchronization, provisioning, public key infrastructure, and other relevant identity topics
- Establishes the strategy and vision in the designs and implementation of enhanced security models and other applications used for Identifies Authentication and Authorization
- Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned
