Randstad Digital is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Developer with extensive NICE Nexidia experience for a remote contract opportunity with a state client. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and testing a Nexidia solution, including setting up queries, analytics, reports, and dashboards. You will also develop automated QA scripts, dashboards, reports, and queries to streamline the client's QA operations.

responsibilities:
- Configure and customize NICE Nexidia for a state client implementation.
- Develop and implement automated QA scripts and test plans.
- Create and customize dashboards, reports, and queries within Nexidia.
- Validate call intent accuracy and QA scoring through thorough testing.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful implementation.
- Work remotely and maintain effective communication.
