- Influence the management team to utilize the QA results to impact and reinforce positive behaviors in each pod.
- Builds open and honest relationships through communication.
- Ensuring team success through continuous process improvements leading to increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participating in grooming Sessions to understand initiatives, technical features, and business features.
- Developing test strategies and creating appropriate test harnesses.
- Create and document test cases including functional, load, and regression tests via automated methods.
- Actively contributing and participating in all agile ceremonies such as iteration planning, story grooming, daily standups, and retrospective meetings.
- Work with the Development team to capture the edge case test scenarios, Test Stubs and Drivers, and other Development test objects.
- Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used.
- Educate new employees and future leaders on our Quality program standards.

skills: Required:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 5 to 8 years of work experience in a customer facing team environment.
- 5 to 8 years of experience documenting test plans expected test results, actual test results, identified issues, and steps to replicate accessibility findings.
- 4 years of test automation experience using Selenium, TestNG with Java, SQL, API Testing, Load and Performance Testing
- 3 years of experience in creating automation framework such as Page object model or Page factory model.
- 2 years of experience working in CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
- Strong organizational ability and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to coach and motivate others with high influencing skills.
- Possess the energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions.
