We have an 6 month contract for a Service Desk Agent. This position is primarily work from home but candidates must be local to the Sacramento area to pick up equipment.
Required:
- strong Customer Service Skills
-Experience in a technical helpdesk (1+ years)
-Experience doing password resets in Active Directory or similar
-Experience working with a ticketing system
-Citrix experience
