- Actively participate in error correction collaboration sessions with stakeholders and take appropriate actions
- Provide regular updates on error population status risks and issues

- Proficient in MS Office Word Excel Access PowerPoint SharePoint
- Communication - Strong skills to facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team
- Documentation - Proficiency in creating user stories requirements documents and acceptance criteria
- Problem Solving - Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions
- Exhibits attention to detail and high standards of integrity
- Strategic thinkers with ability to understand business strategy provide consultative business analysis and leverage technical skills to create insightful effective BI solutions
- Experience working with disparate data sources and turning them into a unified solution
- Flexibility in use of SDLC frameworks Agile
- Knowledge of Azure Dashboard
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with problem solving skills
- Able to hit the ground running with a can-do attitude
- Effective communication and teamwork skills including the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
- Insurance Domain - Knowledge with background in Claims Claims Management Risk Management
