job summary:
As a KBM Developer Contractor, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, data analysts, business process experts, and end users, to maintain, enhance, and develop robust solutions tailored to the unique requirements of our internal clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain, production, inventory and financial processes, coupled with proficiency in SQL and RPGle/CLP programming languages.

responsibilities:
Maintain and develop solutions in the KBM manufacturing system to automate and optimize production processes based on business requirements, projects.
- Utilize your expertise in SQL, RPGle, CLP programming languages to create efficient and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot any problems?and propose efficient solutions for day-to-day end user questions, issues.
- Assist with user acceptance testing for implementation and enhancements.
- Support end-users during implementation and post-implementation phases, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
- Prepare technical documentation including system architecture diagrams, user manuals, and training materials.
- Roll-out the projects and changes into production system following the IT Change Control processes.
qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree as minimum or + 10 years of experience working as developer for KBM
Experience, Knowledge And Skills
- Proven experience in software development, focusing on KBM Manufacturing System
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and financial principles for manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in SQL, RPGle, and CLP languages.
- Experience with ERP integration.
- Excellent technical and analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with a diverse/multi-cultural and distributed team.
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable with working in multi-cultural teams
