job summary:
We are looking for a Lab/Test Engineer with a strong foundation in configuration skills to perform BVTs, automate CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and optimize build/test processes. The ideal candidate will work with mixed reality devices like Quest 3 and Quest 3S to ensure seamless integration and continuous delivery.

responsibilities:
- Run BVTs using Quest 3 or 3S VR headsets, troubleshoot, and escalate issues.

- Reproduce customer reported bugs with enhanced logging to assist developer investigations.

- Automate build and test processes in Azure DevOps pipelines using PowerShell and YAML.

- Identify and implement optimizations to improve CI/CD pipeline performance.

- Interpret and modify code in languages such as C#.

- Familiarity with the .NET framework and COM for testing and troubleshooting.

 
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred) with some industry experience.

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in testing, CI/CD automation, and mixed reality environments.

 
skills: -Ability to use Quest 3 or 3S VR headset for extended periods (2+ hours daily).

-Expertise in automating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, YAML, and PowerShell.

-Experience performing BVTs, troubleshooting, and escalating issues.

-Proficiency in C# and familiarity with .NET framework and COM.

-Strong skills in optimizing CI/CD pipeline performance.

-Debugging and problem-solving expertise in build/test processes.

-Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve automation and testing.
