We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Management Specialist to join our team on Long Island. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity, requiring full-time, on-site presence five days a week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of customer-based data within our systems. This role is crucial for ensuring data integrity and supporting our customer service and operational efficiency. Proficiency in SAP is essential, and experience with other ERP systems is a plus.

- Maintain and update customer data within company databases.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through regular audits and quality checks.
- Organize and cleanse data to eliminate errors and redundancies.
- Utilize SAP to manage and process data entries.
- Generate reports and provide data insights as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve data management processes.
- Assist with data migration and integration projects.
- Adhere to data security and privacy policies.
qualifications:
- Entry-level position; no prior professional experience required, but related coursework or internships are beneficial.
- Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is highly desirable.
